The guide below is simply provided to give you a indication of what our curtain making service would cost you - inclusive of standard heading tape, lining and of course the Fabric which is calculated to give the right 'open & closed' look/fall and excesses required for the curtain maker.  It is ONLY provided as a guide and is not an official quote as its may be slightly more or slightly less depending on your specific requirements. The idea is to show you just how much of a saving you can make by buying your fabric from us and allowing us to make your curtains!

When you come into the store, it is really important that you bring us all your measurements so we can get the job right! The best way to do this is to draw a simple picture and pop the measurements on it - remembering to provide as many dimensions as possible and think about how you would like your curtains to look. Please provide the following measurements to your server:

Length of Curtain track/Pole in Metres or Feet and Inches

Measurement from top to bottom of curtain (from just above the rail/track, to where you'd like them to finish - Floor, just below window sill etc)

Any other measurements you think might be of help - perhaps consider measuring from the curtain pole/rail to the window sill and also to the floor to ensure you have different options in case you see something you like - The more information you have, the easier it will be for us to help you and make your experience in store perfect.

It's also up to you - but its worthwhile taking a picture of where the curtains are going as a reference to yourself and to show your staff member, it’s a great way to ensure you can consider Fabric styles and finishes you perhaps hadn't thought of until you arrived!
